May 18th 2021
THANK YOU FROM YOUR ALLURE BRIDALS FAMILY
We wanted to thank all of our amazing retailers for a successful Allure On Tour season. It was wonderful seeing so many familiar faces and working with everyone on the road. Your support continues to inspire us as we work to create an even better collection for the new season. We are seeing such positive momentum within the industry and we look forward to a successful 2021. Thank you for all of your business!
UPDATE TO TERMS & POLICIES
Our terms and policies have been updated, to reflect the following changes:
- The 8% EOM 10 terms are no longer available for prom orders.
- Re-Orders - With the multitude of options for shipping windows, you have the option to select a shipping timeframe that meets your wear date. All re-orders may ship up to 30 days before the ship date. Future ship date requests beyond the confirmed ship date are not allowed.
PRICE INCREASE
Beginning June 1, 2021 - a price increase will go into effect on most of our bridal collections. Market conditions of continual rising inbound freight charges have caused these necessary increases. Please download the new price list and update your records immediately. Just a reminder, this will only go into effect on all new orders placed as of June 1, 2021.
SHIPPING UPDATE
As the Covid-19 pandemic continues to impact international trade and supply chain, costs are increasing, along with countless obstacles ranging from textile sourcing to overseas shipments. Due to scarcity of containers, air space, and backlogged ports, nearly every facet of global logistics has been impacted.
In response, we have drastically increased order placements for stock pieces and will continue to ensure availability of inventory for many of our Top Sellers. However we - along with our retailers - myst encourage brides to begin shopping as soon as possible for their bridal gown and wedding party attire.
We welcome your assistance as we all work alongside each other to adapt! Here are a few resources to learn more about the shipping crisis and recommended guidance for the new bridal shopping timeline:
