Inventory Lookup

The Inventory Lookup feature is used to search our entire inventory based on your color/size/date requirements. If you need inventory on a particular style, it is best to use the lookup function in the top right corner by entering and selecting the style and then scrolling to the bottom for the inventory grid.

The Date Needed By is a field used for searching inventory availability only and does not confirm your actual ship date.

Dear Valued Allure Customer,

At Allure, we are always looking for ways that we can better serve you – our customers! In 2021, we hired our new Chief Technology Officer, Alfred Miranda, who has spent the last year deeply ingrained in the bridal industry, working directly with retailers while also performing a top-to-bottom analysis of our systems and processes.

Now, we are excited to use his learnings to advance the bridal industry while automating processes and improving efficiencies within our business.

The past few years have seen a shift in bridal habits and expectations. Synthesizing the wedding dress shopping experience — from social media inspiration to appointment booking to saying ‘yes’ to the dress — is of paramount importance to the Millennial and Gen Z bride, all the while maintaining the personal, intimate nature of such an emotional season of life. As a leader in the industry, Allure Bridals will be incorporating new technologies and leveraging new systems to better serve the modern bride. This transformation will occur in phases, and we'll continue to communicate with you every step of the way. For now, we wanted to introduce you to our first initiative:

Zendesk, our new CRM (Customer Relationship Management) communication platform. Now, our team will be able to access all client information in one central location, making it easier to pull-up account information, set reminders, and more. Zendesk will initially onboard via email and will incorporate voice communication features in the near future. Starting this week, you will see email communications that will start going through this new platform. We kindly ask that you update your contact records so that communications will flow through Zendesk. Instead of emailing direct Allure representatives, we will use the following support emails:
