The Inventory Lookup feature is used to search our entire inventory based on your color/size/date requirements. If you need inventory on a particular style, it is best to use the lookup function in the top right corner by entering and selecting the style and then scrolling to the bottom for the inventory grid.

The Date Needed By is a field used for searching inventory availability only and does not confirm your actual ship date.

Urgent: Change to Ship Dates

Dear Allure Retailer,

At the start of 2020, few of us would have anticipated that now, more than 2 years later that we would still be facing the lockdowns as a result of Covid. These past few years have shown us how quickly and drastically situations can change and has made us even more grateful for our partnerships with you, our valued retailers.

Even though most of the world has moved away from the pandemic, China still has a zero-tolerance approach with lockdowns, mass testing and quarantines. Most recently, China has locked down the southern metropolis of Guangzhou which is known as the garment industry and is home to a large majority of fabric factories. While all our fabrics and materials are not produced in this city, we want to be cautious and proactive with the unknowns at this point. We cannot predict how much longer these lockdowns will continue or if they will expand into other cities, which is why we need your continued support to help us through this.

Timely production and delivery is of huge importance to us and we know it’s of equal importance to your business as well. Existing orders are not currently affected but if there are any significant delays, you will be notified. Effective November 16, 2022, we will be adjusting our ship dates to allow for any possible material delays until the situation improves:

All Bridal – 24 weeks

All Bridesmaids – 16 weeks

If the 24 week delivery for bridal does not meet your bride’s wedding date, we strongly encourage you to check availability via allurecustomerservice.com as we have increased stock levels on our best sellers and have many of them already in production for quicker shipping. We also welcome all phone calls to check availability as we may be able to find another solution!

We will continue to keep you updated as these circumstances change and hope to reinstate normal delivery as soon as possible.
